We are a paint manufacturer headquartered at Gatthaghar, Bhaktapur, Bagmati Province, Nepal, with our manufacturing plant in Kailali. We are listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE: SAPIL).
We handle personal information in line with the Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018), the Privacy Regulation, 2077, and other applicable laws of Nepal. By using the Website, you agree to this policy.

6. Investor and shareholder information
As a listed public company, we publish notices, reports, and disclosures required under the Securities Act, 2063 and the Companies Act, 2063. These may include shareholder names and holdings where the law requires.
IPO applications, share allotment, and dematerialised holdings are processed through the issue manager, share registrar, and CDS and Clearing Ltd., not directly through this Website. Their own privacy terms apply to that processing.
7. How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires.
Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact with you
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
Colour Visualizer photos: deleted after your session, unless you choose to save a project
Investor and legal records: for the period required by Nepali law
We use secure (HTTPS) connections, access controls, and trusted hosting to protect your data. No system is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

9. Children, other websites, and changes
Children. The Website is not meant for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites. The Website links to sites we do not control, such as NEPSE, SEBON, MeroShare, and social media pages. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on the Website.
