Hi-Gloss Metallica Gold

Application Instructions

For a smooth, attractive metallic gold finish, proper surface preparation and careful application are essential.

Step 1: Surface Preparation

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, loose paint, and other contaminants. Remove rust from metal surfaces and any loose or flaking coatings before painting.

Step 2: Surface Sanding

For wood, metal, concrete, and other suitable surfaces, lightly sand uneven areas where appropriate to create a smooth base. Remove all sanding dust before proceeding.

Step 3: Check Surface Compatibility

Sarvottam Hi-Gloss Metallica Gold is designed for application on metal, concrete, wood, plaster of Paris, plastic, glass, and stone.

For smooth or non-porous surfaces such as glass and plastic, follow the manufacturer's recommendations for surface preparation and adhesion requirements.

Step 4: Prepare the Paint

Stir Sarvottam Hi-Gloss Metallica Gold thoroughly to ensure the metallic pigments are evenly distributed.

If dilution is required, follow the manufacturer's recommended mixing instructions. Avoid excessive dilution.

Step 5: Apply the Paint

Using a suitable application tool recommended by the manufacturer, apply the paint evenly across the prepared surface. Maintain a consistent application technique to achieve a uniform metallic appearance.

Step 6: Allow Proper Drying

Allow the painted surface to dry according to the instructions on the product packaging. If additional coats are required, follow the recommended recoating interval.

Step 7: Final Finishing

Inspect the painted surface for consistency and allow it to dry completely before handling or using the decorated item.
